GENERAL INFORMATION---TERMS & CONDITIONS

All transfers are sold wholesale only, for resale on printed products.

  • APPLICATION OF TRANSFERS

These transfers are to be applied by a heat press, transfer machine on material which is a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend or 100% cotton.  Most transfers, with the exception of some glitter designs,  are printed at 380 - 395 degrees for 8 - 10 seconds, then peeled hot. When the time is up, release and lift up the handle right away.  Peel the transfer paper immediately.  On 100% cotton, it may require printing for 13 to 14 seconds.  This is a general guide, printing times and degrees may vary according to the transfer, the material being printed on, and the machine being used.  Most of printing is about time, temperature, and pressure.  It is a combination of all three.  Usually if you have the time and temperature within the recommended settings,  and you are having trouble with only part of the transfer staying on the shirt, you need to increase the pressure to firm pressure.  Make sure your pad is in good shape and the rubber is not torn and edges worn down.   To look at transfer designs, please go to the "Product" page and click on the different categories.

We  will soon be updating the transfer designs with size of the transfer, and the color of shirt that they can be printed on.  Sizes are not absolute, most are within the inch.   Lights will go on white, pastels, such as pink, light blue, ash, light yellows, etc.  Darks will go on black, navy, forest green, royal, etc.  Light or darks will print on most all colors.  These are general guidelines and there will be some variations to the above.  In some cases, transfers that are designed to be printed on lights or darks will have black text on them, or even part of the design that will not show up on dark shirts.  Please use judgment and discretion when printing.  Please be aware that the ink colors used in manufacturing transfers may vary with each batch printed, and the shading or color may vary from the catalog or website picture.

Some designs will have copyright or a watermark visible.  These will not be on the actual transfer.

  • ORDERING

Minimum transfer order is $25.00, (excluding shipping).  You may e-mail, fax, or phone in orders.  The first order must be phoned in, 1-309-662-5035. This will enable us to have all the information we need for that order and future orders.    Payment for transfers may be made by Visa,  Mastercard,  Discover,  American Express, or prepaid.  We do not ship orders C.O.D.   Please have the order ready before calling and order by the complete item code.  More information may be found at "To Order"" page.  Most even dozen orders are shipped same day if the order is received by 1:00PM CST.  Piece orders usually ship same day or next day.  No showroom available.  Shipping only.  All shipping is from Bloomington, Illinois          HOURS:  8:00 - 4:30  CST.  M - F.

  • SHIPPING

All order are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).  Starting August 1, 2015, a $2.00 shipping and handling charge will be added.  All UPS orders are sent ground shipment unless you request a quicker shipping method such as next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select.   Most USPS orders are by priority mail.  We ship domestic only ( United States), no international shipping.  All shipping is from Bloomington, Illinois.

  • RETURNED/REFUSED ORDERS

There is a 15% restocking charge on all refused orders.  Any order that is immediately reshipped on request from customer will not be charged a restocking fee.  Shipping charges from the original order will be added to the shipping charges for the resent order.     We do not accept returns on transfers.  If you buy transfers and they do not sell, this is part of any business risk.  We also do not want to be reselling transfers that we do not know if they were stored correctly.  We want you to know that you are receiving transfers that have been stored in correct humidity and temperature ranges.

  • BACKORDERS

 We try to have most items in stock, but at times we will be out of stock.  We do not back order.  Any merchandise that is out of stock will need to be reordered on your next order.  

  • DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

All claims for damages during the shipping process need to be resolved with UPS.  The receiver of the merchandise will need to notify the driver when receiving the merchandise or file a claim with UPS.    Due to shipping costs, we cannot reship any transfers damaged or not shipped due to error. We will replace on the next order, or credit will be given.  If any transfers are found to be defective due to the manufacturing process, our liability will be limited to replacement, or of an equivalent amount of heat transfer.  Except for such replacement, these heat transfers have no warranty whatsoever, even though damage, defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.

  • PRICING

We have a 3 tier pricing schedule.  The price listed in the transfer pages on this website are per piece, per design, for an even dozen of that transfer.  For 6 - 11 pieces of a transfer, add 20 cents per piece, for 1 - 5 pieces of a transfer, add 40 cents per piece.   For example, if the price to the right of the transfer is $1.00, that is $12.00 for a dozen.  6 - 11 pieces would be $1.20 each, 1 - 5 would be $1.40 each.  Transfers may not be combined to get the dozen price.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
